Authentic Japanese Cooking with Yoko!
This was one of the best experiences we have had in Japan! Yoko taught us simple Japanese dishes that we can easily make at home and demystified many of the ingredients. We used locally grown (her front yard) vegetables and techniques. Thanks Yoko for a great time!

All 4 of us, Two adults and two teens of 16 and 12, had a good time at this nice cooking class. We enjoyed and appreciated very much. The idea of getting to know more about Japan through a local cooking class at the cooks home, together with the short stops we made before we started, works really well. It was a very nice experience! During this holiday we haven't learned more about Japan in another way.

My daughter, granddaughters (teen agers) and I took Yoko”s cooking class together. Not only did we learn how to cook some great Japanese items but we had a blast! Yoko and her assistant have great humor as well as knowledge. One of the best experiences of our three week Japan trip.
